Exactly! I had 20k shares which I bought in 2013 at 14c upon Commsec recommendation. (Have had a few such disasters following Commsec advice). Got out at 33c today on the way down. Good call? Who knows.
I don't know about speeding tickets, but the 22 Jan quarterly report could be read as good news? It looks like things are moving forward (not easy getting past regulatory hurdles in these places). On the other hand, cash may not last for long, so may need more capital? For now (until things get clearer), you guys might be right to keep trading. Best luck! I will consider getting back in...
