funnily enough it was the peruvian tenements that originally got me into HRL.
I've been to the areas that they are and they are breathtakingly beautiful. However, peruvians (especially in the mountainous regions) are more likely to demand some profit and share of their natural bounty than are poor chileans as the distribution of wealth is very skewed towards the rich in Chile.
