He's also diversified so it doesn't really bother him if 1 of 50 properties is a dud. Given his net worth and his so called interest in MYL, have to sort of wonder why he didn't stump up the cash for MYL as opposed to placement. Guess it's because he's limiting his downside risk if it all goes belly up!
