I suggest you actually read the other's post properly, then, before you go off quoting them. The US$101.60 price quoted is an MB65 FUTURES (ie, options) price, not an actual current price. By the look of it, its an outlier anyway. The current actual IOP is below US$80. Sorry, I'd call that ramping; you opened your post with an "alternative truth"
MGX doesn't need ramping if it just does its job. As I've said with nauseating repetition in this forum: MGX's price is below cash backing because the market sees inherent risk of nondelivery and, more to the point, without a clue or a plan of what they'll do with the cash. Consequently, the cash is discounted.
