$1.84 market cap divided by $4.10 per share offer equates to outstanding shares of 448,780,487 million and some change at the time of Aurora's buyout. This, provided that the article is correct, is all I could dig up. So if the author is gonna make comparisons, well, I believe total shares outstanding needs to be accounted for.

HE8 currently sits at almost a billion and a half shares outstanding.

Not trying to be a debbie downer here, and as this is the first pennystock I've ever owned, I don't know quite what to expect. I'd love to see this thing fly and I'm here for the long haul... but the math....
