Doc it doesn't matter if you missed it,we all miss these things. The problem is you then took that information and made it much bigger then it needed to be. For someone with your experience that to me sounded like you were purposely down ramping.

Either way Wpi is a shell and won't move until it gets closers to an acquisition or if srt runs.

So srt has DD due this Friday. If it comes and srt goes above 3c then Wpi will run hard as well.
