Doc I always like to bring common sense and logic into the mix when analysing a stock.

So let's pretend you are Matt walker. You hold millions of heads and millions of options in this little company called wpi. There is this measly little class action for 125k which is more annoying than any kind of concern.

So do you

A) delay an acquisition and subsequent rise in share price making you millions of dollars?

B) be completely unrealistic take a stand and fight the class action for the foreseeable future

C) as the deal maker you know that your probably a couple months away from An acquisition as you have been tied up with srt for longer than expected so you say what the hell why pay it now when I'm in no rush. Best case scenario we win and actually make 45k or we wait a bit longer and if we get close to acquisition and still haven't settled we wake up in the morning and transfer the tiny amount we own?
