    I had the misfortune of holding this stock during 2014 when this took place.  The dispute arose when WPI claimed that CHK hasn't meet their farm in requirements but couldn't relinquish the tenements due to caveats on them from CHK.

    Not a large money amount and really should have been sorted years ago - there was only ever poor exploration results in this are anyway, same as all wpi projects.
