Well, have you checked listing rule 7.3? I think that deals with suspension along with listing rule 8 and 8.1 specifically... these might not states this fact in exact words but it will suffice it... Also, companies have been suspended under the same ruling in the past... NHO being one example...

By saying this, WPI is changing name so that should buy them 6 months IMO...
