Not everyone holds through to relisting or anywhere close to it on these shells.. Some position themselves for key likely events then leave town headed for the next prospect or cut their losses early if the news isn't as expected.. Most of these shells are trading vehicles as opposed to investments..
Having said that if somebody could put an order in for a measly 3mm at market to take us to 3.9 that'd be just swell thanks
