    That's exactly my understanding @Gladiator2

    But you know I normally play safe just in case I don't post wrong information... may be @heraclitus or @TraderGT can shed some light?

    But if we go with our understanding 31st March will be the deadline for WPI as Liberian leases were relinquished in September quarter...
