Thats good they are lining up the permits.

I think SEA will develop and realise the value in the EFS. Pity we didn't get a better bid but with SEA we get a more of the value than with TXN.

TXN sure ran out of money fast. Hope Talon has a new Finance guy.

I see good things ahead after the merger with SEA but must admit on impulse I sold 20% of TXN for risk mitigation reasons. Would prefer to be a buyer but it was getting too large a percentage of my portfolio.
