Overall I am a long term holder and am prepared to wait. The short term movements do disappoint me, but do not, to date push me to sell.

However I sense that the management does not appreciate the support given to them by their shareholders by not releasing timely information for their benefit when promised.

Also they do not hold their AGM's in a place convenient for most shareholders.

To me this is not a question of what questions I would ask at a meeting, but that shareholders are not being treated with respect and should be given a reasonable opportunity to attend an AGM. You will note that the larger banks often hold their AGM's in different capital cities to allow their shareholder's in different states to attend.

Any company policy, which does not support shareholders will eventually prove to be counter productive.
