we are now at stage 3. The follow up meetings took place in the last weeks. Just for notification 25 Companies got samples from FYI.
The outcome of the follow up meetings and discussion terms will have a huge impact on the ongoing especially financing of the project.
But taking into account that 25 Companies were involved a success seems very obvious.
At the moment I am not sure if a final agreement will be done not before the BFS due to the tremendous positive effect on the economics through the by product revenues (mail of Roly below)

more good news to follow as we get close to the PFS finalisation.
We did receive a large number of elevated interest in our product during the marketing trips.
To tie up an MOU at this stage is a straightforward process. We are working on completing the various steps - but they include in sequence:
1. finalise PFS (so operating and capital costs are determined)
2. produce some marketable product for the various interested offtake parties to test
3. have a follow up meeting to discuss terms
This will still take a few months to complete - but we are in constant dialogue with the various groups.

Hope to get here an actual status when I meet Mr. Hill in Munich. I regard the situation as extremly positive at the moment and even the global player like Samsung, Toyota, Mitsubishi and Hyundai and many more are in a risky supply situation. Thats a argument pro FYI
