Cmon, there haven't been "suggestions of debt funding", AKK have said it directly themselves, in the announcement publishing the Gustavson reserves report, where they say "the significant development gives AKK the ability to pursue project financing for large scale and long term field development".
So unless they mean issuing more equity to finance drilling, they are talking about debt funding, which is a direct contradiction of the statement "Austin will remain debt free post acquisition".
Hmm...
