they are chasing lithium because Andy White and Jacob went looking for it while the tungsten price was down. They are now following through with it as they believe they have a reasonable chance of discovering a commercial deposit based on the surface samples. What they do with it will depend on the size, grade etc.
The tungsten is still there and will be back in focus once the quarry deal is done in July.
Should they develop the lithium project themselves, then the cashflow from the tungsten will probably be the $$ driver.
In short Russell and Stephen seem to be focussed on making $$ and they know there is plenty of potential above the current market cap of $11m.
