A conceptual address to cancer research, although reductionism is evident, as follows.
Cancer is evident universally and lifespan spectrum inclusive. Simply, regardless of age, gender or culture.
Cancer occurs when an individual’s homeostasis is disrupted or attacked and the immune system misreads or simply goes into overdrive to correct and recalibrate the homeostasis baseline.
So what?
Current scientific understanding, through research, suggests that certain pathways a crucial specific to individual anomalies mentioned above.
The results of the 1b breastcancer, IMO, need to be simplified as well.
Outstanding results were achieved overall (50%).
Sub category results (100%) were standout.
What next?
Well the current phase 2 trial is precision based on the sub category. The 2b trial (if safety and efficiency is met) may be even further refined by eliminating the triple negative group entirely.
Hope some of the above has eliminated and simplified mis-conceptual ideals of cures and addressed the issue at hand of small steps at a time, learning via replication and validation of studies..., simply the scientific model.
