vogliobene, Sounds interesting. The acquisition terms don't appear too expensive (yet we don't know anything about 1-page sales) It seems that 1-page is aiming to "gamify" or make job seeking a game. Just to understand the potential better. # it is pitched to highly motivated people...Talented/special ones , not the average Joe. " Great jobs , world class jobs ,jobs people kill for" # it gives applicants "tips"...or helps them "cheat"....How will employers trust them? # It appears to be all motivational "super human" stuff...."I have no experience ,but I can turn your business around" # There are no patents or barriers to entry for others to emulate. ITT will have an MC of roughly $20m after the acquisition & CR...not too expensive...moreover Shareholders will not be hugely diluted (they will hold roughly 40% of the enlarged entity even before the $3.5m CR)...Just trying to figure out if indeed it is a candidate for the next billion company....The market seems to have bought the rumor & sold the news.
