There are two holders being Coastal and Bronte that pretty much dictate the direction of AEJ.
Below that are a handfull of holders, some are not as sophisticated as you may think.
Notwithstanding, Nexif needs to make sure it has the two majors on side than make sure the remaining shareholders cannot for a 10% alliance to stop a takeover!
It arguers well for AEJ if Nexif is interested in taking AEJ over. The board has valued AEJ at $44.89 NTA excluding the impact of the arbitration and I think both the board and Nexif eagerly await the result.
Any number north of $45/share I will be happy!
