Implementation & Technical Support Engineer Job Functions:
? Perform implementation activities such as application and hardware customization, testing, deploying and post-support of proprietary software ?Troubleshooting technical problems, tracking and documenting resolution and/or escalating problem to appropriate resources. ?Provide technical support to existing clients in accordance to the SLA. Job Specifications:
?Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent. ?At least 2 years experience in technical support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. ?Experience on Windows desktop support and administration. ?Experience with networking concepts and standards (TCP/IP). ?Excellent problem solving skills, with drive to measure and improve existing processes and procedures ?Ability to work productively in a team and independently as required ?Willing to work on shift basis ?Must have own transport and willing to travel for work ?Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia Work Location:
