the 5 & 6 mile creek areas alone has the potential to deliver 50 - 100MT ore as detailed in the announcement , they are testing other prospective areas also with massive haematite outcropping , so we will have to wait and see how the programme goes , I think ore is trading at 70USD per metric tonne . I dont know how an offtake agreement is calculated , I guess the underlying grade is tested and the sacale of any deposit / deposits is worked from that .
