The claims of seismic risks to the nearby dam seem overblown to me, but do oblige geological studies.

There is a genuine salt issue with Muga. The question is, can HFR overcome it through engineering design?

We don't know.

It looks like the approval process will take longer than any of us thought possible. The continued uncertainty will frighten many little investors and keep the SP under pressure. I expect it to vigorously ramp up and down in coming months on low volumes.
