We will soon find out I guess. The company has not applied for the 45 day extension as far as we're aware (I believe an Ann would be made if they did) so that leaves 7 more trading days until May 2nd..... Or an Ann.
Just last month the company stated they are confident all permitting will be approved. Surely an issue so large that it'd take a mine back to planning stage would be known by all and this statement should not be legally acceptable for release? This leads me to believe it has been addressed with the relevant people.
Definitely no leaky boat as well if these articles are true as SP had a good run on increased volume just prior to this article and has slowly drifted back only on low volume since.... which we are accustomed to.
