My 2 cents worth would be that the share price was risen by us (APG) to get a deal for more money. I think the rise showed the other company that we can be worth a heck of a lot more in a short period of time and that the rise have way for a deal to be signed for more funding that will help us to get over the line. Management and top shareholders know that play squabble games isn't going to earn no were near as much as what a completed plant has the potential to earn with both share price and production income...
