Effective 7 April 2016 (today), the next phase of Tigerair Australia redemptions will be launched.From 7 April 2016, Velocity members will be able to use 100% Points or Points + Pay as a form of payment to redeem flights on any route ex Australia in the TT network on the Tigerair Australia website. Members can also call the Velocity Partner Airline Redemption Team (VPART) if they wish to make redemption bookings offline but a fee will apply.
From 13 April 2016, members will also be able to manage their bookings using Points as a form of payment on the Tigerair Australia website. A fee will apply to bookings managed by VPART from this 13 April 2016..
