They signed a deed with Legacy to vote with them and a deed with the chinese to keep them there. Deals like that should not be allowed under law makes it impossible to remove them.
Pity we cant much on their office and demand the removal of the two Marks, I know one Director that told me had not much confidence in Elliott, but he just wanted to keep his job, so he wouldnt rock the boat, great having non-execs like that.
I will be contacting the Chinese asking if they will try and remove Elliott , Kerr and Tyrwhitt.
