Maso1.. dont worry I am in your corner, realistically what are the chances of this going to court..IMO the govt will offer NTM a tidy sum, but nothing near what the potential was , NTM will say yeh we can live with that, no debt , cash in the bank and some prospective projects (way better off than they are currently)and the sp `should` balance accordingly..however if NTM choose to fight this in court I am all for that, got nothin to loose . Personnaly I only bought in because of the Groote project nothing else,then got shafted, so another 3c dip in sp means nothing to me.
