Agree jalaspen this will be tricky, however I dont think it would be hard to prove ,I think under Australian law it dosn't have to be proved beyond reasonable doubt, only on the balance of probability... and you would have to say on the balance of probabilty x amount of managanese is there , so x amount of profit was there until NTM got shafted ... even if compensated for a %
