Ikazo.....at least in Texas law there is a basis for "lost profits" It must be shown by competent evidence with reasonable certainty. That the discovery is an extension of the Gemco discovery is positive. The manganese is there. I think the problem is the uncertainty of changing markets, and the uncertainty of the undersea mining process. Those 2 elements introduce such a degree of uncertainty, that it may be very very difficult to overcome a government defense that will rely on the uncertainty factors to mitigate payouts beyond expenses.
