You guys are confusing a punt with a gift.
A gift would assume there is no risk of loss.
CEO atleast had a well known coal player in charge of finding mongolian coal. They were very specific.
ROB says they are looking for resources.
A good punt? yes.
A gift...hell no.
I also agree with the cash + market argument still doesnt make it a gift.
Anyhow thats it from me, just see this word "gift" been thrown around by the usual traders which i would like explained to me.
