Terrible news.
They should have had vendors clamouring to get access to their structure on favourable and reasonably undilutionary terms.
Instead suffering holders end up with what now amounts to just another shell and they have to put up more money for the privilege.
It will probably be pumped eventually but scant consolation to those who bought at 1.5+ in recent months.
