I am now almost certain of it Fontenay.

Now the major shareholder is publicly disagreeing with the company's management about the project's economics we can assume there is trouble at board level. ie the independent directors do not want to extend Hanlong's options. They have probably recieved some initial advice from the independent experts suggesting it is not "fair" or "reasonable".

I note also that yesterday's update was sent by the company secretary which is unusual. Where is Derek Fisher (CEO) and Michael Braham (Chairman)?
