The info on York acquisition from 3:15 is interesting, he says notice of meeting (I think he says "within the month") and I take that to mean July. So it's going to need shareholder approval so it's a bit more than just "the deal is done", sounds like we're at the pointy end in any case.
Bloody infuriating wait and lack of clarification from management but we're getting there....
