Sin Tang is an investor in Mighty River, Sin Tang received ZYL shares from Mighty River, the same guy signed both Sin Tangs becoming sub holder and Mighty Rivers ceasing to be sub holder notices.
Breakaway Research has MR at 4.5% in May and 2.8% in August.
