    Oct 9 (Reuters) - Zenith Energy Ltd (ZEN)

    • Zen signs power purchase agreement with Dacian Gold
    • Under terms of PPA, Zenith will construct power station to service power needs of Dacian's Mt Morgans gold project
    • PPA should positively impact Zenith's FY2018 earnings and will have a materially positive impact in FY2019
