    Did I miss something.  What a skinny announcement.  Got $40 mill more at 'lower cost'.  Lower interest to what? If it is extra it cannot reduce interest cost.  I just dont get it.  Did they replace some debt?  If yes, then it cannot be EXTRA availability.
