Maybe they are comfortable with crazy pay out in contracts in event of TO so don't care?
Maybe TO triggers other stuff in their contracts?
Maybe it is just relief they have yet another distraction to they can blame to account for the poor per performance?

There is still gravy to sop up at the trough and no doubt with a price lift they have probably exceeded the annual performance hurdle!!! Rises are theirs and falls are markets fault.

Yep if YOW did a orderly close down of business and return of capital it would be better for shareholders assuming they had the ability .
