Very disappointing to say the least and incredible timing. I wonder how much fallout/issue were a result of the failed APO merger? Or why APO struggled when OOH is still growing well. Maybe time for a new partner that get optimal results?
Definately underachieving as optimal result based on past metrics given should be comfortably north of $4m net revenue to XTD a year.

CL direction is now NearCast, was covered a few weeks back in another thread. It is licencing out the core tech underpinning Embark; hand-off/messaging/ads and data tracking/collection. I doubt, this result has any bearing on getting deals, they were never that easy to come by already.
