We had 171m shortfall shares before the SFR deal and share price was trading at 0.8c despite some good drill results (eg 49% zinc equivalent). Clearly, holders won't support anything. Those 171 shortfall shares only got filled because of SFR deal. Without that SFR deal we will always struggle to raise capital because share holders won't even want keep their shares at 0.8c by dumping on market.
So you either give away cheap to SFR or try to do another round of capital raising at 0.5c (even lower than 1c raising). You decide. I spoke to management about this. If you do a raising at 0.5c, you will slowly move into a death spiral. You are better to sell cheap to SFR. Seriously, it is share holders who dumped their shares cheap to blame not the management (they cannot pump price up).
