that is the problem for WOW-all they are doing is cutting price to get foot traffic.

anyone can do that and that's why their divvy is pretty pathetic- they pay themselves for lack of profit.

my gut feeling is they are virtually treading water-sales go up as much as profit goes down.

basically, the long term scenario is this- they will just have to share the foot traffic with Coles equally, and that is about 5% PA comparable same store, same as population growth.

then they have to pray that Amazon with their fully automated warehouse concept is just a pipe dream here in OZ.
