Tempted to disagree.....I suspect we just have to have, the right team to make BigW a worthy member of the WOW stable...."traditional shopping" should not be written off too quick....IMO. Frankly, what worries me a little is not the short-term performance of, but that we've taken so long to get the right people, in the right jobs. BigW needs a more "engaging" marketing profile. Remember, just a few years back people thought it was "lights out time" for big department stores!
If I was WOW I'd be getting BigW back to the "Brands You Know and Trust.....that's Our Promise to You from BigW" a Very Good line and it worked!
