Benefits associated with pure play online retailers such as deep customer knowledge, data analytics, artificial intelligence and targeted advertising to physical retailers, effectively evening the playing field between online giants like Amazon and Alibaba and bricks and mortar retailers like WOW and WES.
WOW might be a success like Sainsburys and Nordstrom and not a failed mortar retailer like Tescos or Migros or Walmart.
The CEO of WES or WOW would benefit from a networked solution with products such as
Live Receipts, Shopper Exchange, Shopper Profiles, Shopper Intelligence and Intelligent Parking Technology.
Major US retailer Nordstrom has retail brands utilising its Shopper Exchange Network. Whereas WOW and WES struggle along with a model that IMHO reflects the past Century but not the current Century.
