Are you guys serious. Just because they come out and say that there won't be a raising doesn't mean there won't be one.
I have seen it many many times before and the most recent example was STO.
They came out twice and said on record that there would not be a need for a raising and sure enough a couple of months later they went to the market requesting a significant sum.
The market realised that and hence punished it today.
