nah - rumour usually has some truth to it. I would guess that the company is getting advice on all options, and that would have included a rights issue or placement. That leaks out, and there is a story.
An official denial by WOR should assist in quashing those concerns, however the stock continues to be under pressure today. The results later in Feb will be very interesting, as they need to provide guidance
