This is quite an old article - a lot has changed. The reality is that their competitors have done a lot better than they have - take a look at Wood Group as an example. Some questions to ask yourself:
-How well the company has adjusted to a competitive environment that isn't offering large reimbursable contracts?
-Do management really understand the business beyond the fluffy management speak you see in the company presentations?
-Has the company learned from the recent $78m Exxon settlement arising from poor performance on a supposed low risk contract? Will their current strategies introduce even greater risks of litigation?
