Companies like STO and ORG that have recently done them.....have done them many times before and don't have chairman or senior management who have significant holdings in the company whom this would impact. In Wor's case have shunned doing them partly I reckon to preserve their control. Also keep in mind WoR was also a 'millionaire' factory like Macquarie. Management have had a blackout period since the start of December and it will finish next week. I reckon many will top up
