WOR has 70%+ exposure to hydrocarbon sector. Major shareholder and would be owner DAR are consulting engineers in the civil sector but also have a large exposure to oil price as much of their work is building skyscrapers in the Middle East and how many more of these will be built with oil now under $50? Will DAR go through and buy out WOR/Time will tell but last month has seen most commodity prices take a dive and undermines their rationale for owning WOR.
