Do you really think that the folk at Dar are that commercially naive as to show their hand to WOR executives, whose interests have been proven to be non-aligned with those of Dar Group?
Besides, even if some deal was offered by Dar Group, do you really think the WOR board would as early as today, be able to put any such deal to shareholders?
Is it even known whether or not the WOR executives who traveled on the global investor roadshow are back in their offices today?
There's great risk in taking one's cues from what the share price is doing on a particular day, or in perceiving things in the way that one's mind wants one to perceive things.
The result, as you have found, is zigging when one should be zagging, and vice versa.
