there is a tenament called 'Stone' next to BUX & WIN. since Creasy appears to not hold this tenament (which may be under ballot but currently held by Mr Stone), thus is probably not the area of the new rumored nickel find

on 12/9/16, the WIN new ground announced is Creasy ground so maybe Creasy wants to use WIN for the new find & EGS and IGO are competing
