Announcement is worth nothing itself really. But each time something is announced its puts some attention on and allows people to see how lightly capped it is, which is good. But they will sell this down hard later today. They are trying to push in toward 9 in the hope they attract a lot of traders thinking it will go teens shortly. Then as they arrive they will smash out... just like they have done 3 times now in the last weeks
